These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Trainify AI mobile application ("App") operated by Trainify AI ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Trainify AI offers auto-renewable subscriptions:
New subscribers may receive a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the selected plan.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial fitness purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.
Trainify AI provides fitness guidance for informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. You assume all risk of injury from workouts you perform.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
