How does Trainify AI create my workouts?

After onboarding, we build a weekly plan based on your goal, experience, equipment, and schedule. Your AI coach adjusts the plan from your daily and weekly check-ins and tracks progression as you complete workouts.

What equipment do I need?

Trainify AI supports bodyweight (home), dumbbells, or full gym setups. Choose your equipment during onboarding and every exercise will match what you have.

How does the free trial work?

New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your chosen subscription (monthly or annual) begins unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone → Apple IDSubscriptionsTrainify AICancel Subscription. You can also manage your plan inside the app under Settings → Subscription.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Trainify AI → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

Does Trainify AI use Apple Health?

Optionally. With your permission, we read steps and sleep data to auto-fill your habit tracker. We do not sell your health data. See our Privacy Policy.

Can I reset my plan?

Yes. Go to Settings → Regenerate Weekly Plan to get a fresh week, or Reset Onboarding to start over with new goals and schedule.
