ProKick Academy ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use the ProKick Academy mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Training profile: name (optional), age, position, level, and goal
• Drill and workout activity: sessions completed, scores, notes, and durations
• Progress metrics used for charts and training insights

Automatically collected information

• App usage and preferences stored locally on your device
• Crash and diagnostics information if enabled at system level

We do not require account creation. Most profile and training data are stored locally on your device using iOS app storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Personalize drill and training experiences
• Track progress and present performance insights
• Support app features such as AI Coach recommendations
• Improve app quality and reliability

3. AI Features

ProKick Academy includes an AI Coach area and architecture prepared for future intelligent recommendations. If third-party AI services are enabled in future releases, this policy will be updated before rollout.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only:

• With service providers that help us operate the App (e.g. analytics or infrastructure), under confidentiality agreements
• When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

Data stored on your device remains until you delete the App or use Reset Onboarding in Settings. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data from your device.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Disable notifications in iOS Settings or in-app Settings
• Reset or delete your data via in-app Settings
• Contact us to request information about data we hold

7. Children's Privacy

ProKick Academy is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data. Local data is stored within your device's secure sandbox. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. International Users

If you access the App from outside your country of residence, your data may be processed in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
